Information on License Renewal

The Real Estate Board has sent out a few updates about the steps necessary to relicense.  As you maybe aware, first year agents are now required to get the request 30 hours of Post Licensing Education in their first year. The VREB has done an excellent job of sending out information to help simplify this process that seems complicated for some licenses.  Agents can find their current relicense progress here:
