Purpose and Intent

The purpose of this web forum is to offer information and discussion about the Fredericksburg area real estate community for interested REALTORS®. The forum may feature posts from a variety of voices within the Fredericksburg Area, including REALTORS®, Local Association Staff, Affiliate Members, and interested community members. Comments are welcomed. Differing opinions are also welcomed insofar as they are contributing to the community. However, personal attacks and profanities will not be tolerated and may be deleted at any time. It is FAAR’s goal to provide a platform for discussion, not a platform for attacks or personal marketing.  Please note that FAAR is not responsible for any of the opinions expressed on this Forum and the views expressed are solely those of the author and not a reflection of FAAR, its affiliates, or staff.
