The Virginia General Assembly passed HB 667 which required the Real Estate Board to revise the Residential Property Disclosure Statement again. This year the form was amended to include a provision on wastewater systems. The revised Residential Property Disclosure Statement goes into effect July 1, 2010. Click here to access the form.
