Let the Interviews begin!
As some of you know, FAAR is faced with a decision in 2010 to either renew our contract with SUPRA systems or to covert to using the SentriLock system. We think it’s important to ensure that each member gets a chance to give input into the Board of Directors decision. For that reason we’re working on a plan to give the members this opportunity. The first part of this mission is to ask the members to fill out this simple and quick survey regarding where you currently are with the two lockbox system.

In addition to this initial survey, we’ve also invited SentriLock and SUPRA to host booths at the FAAR Trade show on 09.09.09. You can get more information HERE. Unless there is a compelling reason to change I suggest we stay with Supra. I’m not against change but not just for the sake of change.
I’d like research to be done to see what the associations around us plan to do. When does their contract end? I like supra. But I don’t want to be the only association that has it in 3 years… It’s an added expense that we don’t need right now and might make more homes switch to combos. But I also show listings to the South and not the North.
