They hold my offer until they get a better one, or get a buyer on thier own, to obtain a double commission. I'm really upset. I've sent offers upto $15,000.00 over the asking price and they still hesitate in sending my offer. I think someone needs to step up and make a petition for a law, that states that all offers must be presented to the seller and if the seller rejects the offer, they must sign a rejection letter. I always advise clients to ask for major repair items or something like Radon mitigation. The worst that can happen is that you get laughed at.
